I arrived early for check in so bilik yang i request near lobby for senior citizen tak dapat. tp dapat bilik bawah ok la but bilik family jauh ke dalam. Bilik sempit. Tempat nak solat kecil dan sempit. toilet yang dekat lobby masuk2 mmg ada bau lipas. Faham la toilet lama tp you can letak ubat gegat banyak lagi kot untuk hilangkan bau. Breakfast dia sngat disappointing at least if you catered ala carte pun ok kot make an option untuk customer pilih breakfast diorang if pihak hotel tak nak membazir buat buffet. terkejut jugak la sbb harga bilik termasuk breakfast. Tp nothing atas meja buffet yang ada roti,pau, air coffee tea.. etc nasi lemak kena order tp elok pulak chef yang goreng telur tak ada masa tu 🤣 Need so much improvement la hotel ni. Sayang.. But the location is great. Jalan stadium banyak gerai makan. Belakang KFC. Harga bilik murah. Front desk pun okok la

Good 1. Love their calm and old colonial style buildings . 2. Hotel staffs was polite and helpful. Not good 1. Hotel amenities was really old . Some of their chairs inside the rooms was broken . 2. Hotel breakfast buffet too little options .

I've been staying there 3 times a month in this October.Its an old hotel some room are okay and some are not.But the "cucur udang" in the Coffee House was nice and recommended to all

Kalau datang Alor Setar, Memang suka stay sini je sebab dekat dengan kedai makan minum, bandar dan fasiliti dobi, pam minyak dan lain2. Bilik bolehlah luas juga untuk famili cuma aircond kurang sejuk. Malam2 sunyi sikit sebab bilik kebelakang.
