Basic and good enough. Although it can be improve by having water heater in the room. The water pressure in tge toilet and bathroom was excellent.

1st time experience stay in this hotel. Overall stay in this hotel good, room cleanliness good and friendly staff. However cannot compare with AST hotel and Urban Inn Alor Setar. Thanks
