The room is dirty, cockroach is running anywhere in the room and the pillow sheet never change.we check out immediately and change to another hotel.its really disgusting.please don’t get cheated by the rating as 9.0.its can considered 2.0 or 3.0 rating.

Too many cockroaches in the room 104 , seems like there is bad cockroach infestation in the mini fridge/kettle and under the wooden bedframe. No food was brought into room throughout the stay. Woke up at midnight to go to bathroom and imagine this horror of having some many cockroaches crawling around. When asked for cockroach spray, receptionist gave air freshener instead. They probably didn't have cockroach spray in house. Unfortunately, I did not see any cockroaches when I checked in or else would have moved to another hotel straightaway. Location is near to a large paddy field but the buildings around it are abandoned. If well maintained, this hotel could be a gem but it was an utterly disappointing experience especially when I booked after reading the good reviews of others.

First impression- menarik and betul menarik. Menarik bersesuaian dgn harga but i think terlebih berbaloi. Yg syoknya very spacious. •TV besor(tv LG)- ada SMART TV •ada iron board (even it is mini, but still usefull and iron provided - extra point sebab nowadays hotel semua buat bilik iron dkt luar) •mini sejadah •aircond hadap katil •banyak socket (total 5) •peti ais mini (baru, bersih n sejuk) •free dental kit •toilet -luas, bersih, cantik, nampak premium, water heater well functioned, extra point sbb ada pili air, senang utk ambil wudhu. Lurve toilet dia sbb ada 3 punca air boleh guna (paip near to toilet bowl, pili air under water heater and paip water heater) Semuaaaaa best dri service, layanan staff, bilik and so on. Cumanya takda kemudahan berdekatan(kedai makan/kedai runcit), just ada nearby lotus (as for solo traveller with no transport, boleh ja jalan kaki) and jauh sikitttt dri pusat bandar. Overall 9/10

Nice hotel and reasonable price... Room clean and love the smell of their perfume..feel very fresh.. location a bit isolated and about 15min driving to get food. If your ok about eating fast food the is Lotus very near this hotel. Overall nice hotel and cozy environment.
