這次入住 Royale Signature Hotel，是我近期最失望的一次住宿體驗，完全達不到我對訂房網站四星酒店的預期，也和平台展示的照片有不小落差。酒店整體設施已經比較老舊，房間維護不到位，牆面有明顯脫皮，浴缸留有汙漬，床單雖然還算舒服，但也能看到汙漬，衞生細節令人失望。更誇張的是，廁所裡竟然還留著上一位住客使用過的牙刷，這種情況對於一家四星酒店來説真的難以接受。事實上，其他住客也曾反映房間老化、浴室發黴及維護欠佳等類似問題。最讓我無法理解的是酒店的規定：不允許點 GrabFood 或其他外賣到房間食用，衹能在酒店餐廳用餐。而餐廳價格在吉打當地來説並不便宜，一份普通餐點約 RM25，送到房間還要另外加收 RM3 服務費。對於商務出差或不想出門的住客來説，這項規定非常不方便，也有其他住客提到相同的問題。另外，房間冷氣室外機（或壓縮機）運轉聲音非常大，整晚都能聽到持續的馬達噪音，嚴重影響睡眠，我最後衹能戴耳塞才能勉強入睡。我原本預訂了兩晚，入住第一晚後就決定申請提前一天退房，但酒店拒絕了我的請求。最後我還是選擇直接離開，寧願放棄剩餘一晚的房費，也完全不想繼續住下去。綜合來説，這個價位在吉打（Alor Setar）其實有不少條件更好、維護更新、服務更合理的酒店可以選擇。如果你很在意住宿品質、衞生和睡眠環境，我個人並不推薦這家酒店，希望這篇評價能幫助大家避雷。

I had a very disappointing at this hotel. The room felt old and poorly maintained, with dim lighting that made it look dark and gloomy. The bedsheets had visible stains, which made me feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the place. To make things worse, the bidet in the bathroom was spoilt. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is centrally located in city centre and conveniently connected to surrounding attractions and eateries by foot or by transport. Services by Hotel staffs and crews are good and warm. Rooms are proportionately large and comfy & well maintained. TV reception is hopeless though. Breakfast spread is not satisfactory. Not much choices and taste is bland. I would suggest not to purchase rooms with breakfast package and use this savings to purchase tastier and more cost effective breakfast from any eateries from shops near the hotel... You're welcome. Parking is also a headache during peak periods... Not only is the fact that the parking is uncovered, whatever parking spaces that is available is very limited. Other than that, overall, this hotel provides good value for money accommodation and services. Oh yes, the main lobby is soo spacious and soothing place.

Check-in was smooth, although the staff did not give a particularly warm welcome. The hotel requires a RM100 deposit and has a policy of not allowing outside food or drinks, which I found unusual especially since many established hotels like Hilton/Marriott allow food delivery without issue. The room itself was spacious, but it felt dated and in need of refurbishment. Some of the wallpaper was already torn. Cleanliness could also be improved, as I found hair in the bathtub, and the towels were in poor condition and should be replaced. Overall, it was a decent stay at a good price, but the hotel would benefit greatly from refurbishment and stricter attention to cleanliness.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The location was convenient with easy access to Amanjaya Mall and nearby cafes

A very good hotel to stay in Alor Setar. This is my 3rd time stayed when i have any official event here. The services such simple butler (sending bags to room) was soo good. We went during Merdeka, then the i house restaurant got promo. The food were good, delicious. Can repeat again.

服務員態度都挺好，但是：房間臟，走廊臟，設施舊。床單上有汙漬，疑似前面客人體液沒洗乾淨牆上牆紙翹邊很多走廊地毯一看就很髒原計劃住兩晚，入住當天就後悔了，趕緊修改入住取消第二晚，但是訂房網站努力之後告知我酒店不同意。所以我就放棄爭取，第二天繼續退房換地方。掀開被窩睡不著覺。腦補…

房間比想象中要寬敞，設計現代且溫馨。床品非常舒適，淋浴水壓也很大，每天遊玩回來後能洗個熱水澡太解乏了。最重要的是，衞生狀況無可挑剔，處處都乾淨整潔。
