不要接受臨街的低樓層房間，窗戶不隔音會很吵。酒店停車場是電梯升降，開車進入需小心。服務人員都很好，總體還不錯

Enormous room with 訂房網站le aspect views and large flat screen tv. Unfortunately only one chair in the tv area to watch tv. Lovely swimming pool. Unfortunately the dinner was not great. We had dinner and breakfast included, so when we sat down at a table we studied the menu and it looked lovely. Then the waitress came and took the menu away and gave us a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and fruit or ice cream for dessert. The food was not good. It was definitely not fresh cooked, apart from the chips. The final straw was when the tv in the restaurant started showing bullfighting. We asked the waiter twice to change the channel and he said yes both times but then went on serving people at the bar. Our table was directly facing the tv and we were unable to eat as it made us feel physically sick seeing an animal being tortured whilst trying to eat. I went to reception to complain and they rang the restaurant and the waiter straightaway changed the channel, but it was too late by this time, we couldn’t finish the meal. Extremely disappointing from such a nice hotel

Hôtel agréable avec tous les services disponibles petite piscine sympathique pour ce rafraîchir, personnel tres accueillant parlant plusieurs langues. Par contre gros effort au buffet personnel pas souriant n'explique pas bien le fonctionnement du buffet d'ailleurs je n'ai même pas eu le temps de prendre le dessert alors que c'est un buffet ouvert jusqu'à 23h alors qu'a 22h ils avaient tout rangé sans me demandé si je voulais un dessert pas correct du tout j'ai préféré rien dire pour ne pas m'énerver c'est clairement un manque de RESPECT! (Nous y sommes rentrés à 21h30 au buffet a 22h tout le monde dehors fallait juste prévenir)

A decent hotel to spend some time in Almeria. However, it's quite far from the city centre and old town. Wi Fi is ok. AC was working well, too. There's a small pool, so it's better to come early, not later than 11 am. There's no gym unfortunately. The breakfast was the same during my week of stay, so at the end it was disappointing.

Cleanliness: The room and the bathroom was spotless and very spacious for the price we pay. Can not fault it at all Location: The hotel is on a corner of roads. It wasn’t easy for us to spot the first time when your driving. You have to park and walk, and then you will see a sign for the hotel. There is no free street parking unless you park after 2030-0730, but during the day you will struggle. The hotel provides parking but for an additional fee. There is also a supermarket next door that serves cheap or reasonable shopping items which we used. Service: The staff were lovely during check in and check out. The hotel had its own restaurant and the staff over there were lovely. Amenities: The hotel has its own private swimming pool on the first floor. It’s not heated so we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t warm either. The room had towels and toiletries provided including a hair dryer. There was running hot water. Downside: I couldn’t say anything bad for about the hotel. For the price we paid, we experienced only the best. The only issue we had was parking since we didn’t want to pay the additional fee but other than that, I couldn’t complain about the hotel at all
