Have stayed here previously and gave it a glowing review, which is why I rebooked. However this time not so good. Shown first room- small room tiny window poor outlook, requested a change, manager not terribly happy asked another member of staff to show me another room, again small, tiny window around a corner. I was given the option to upgrade at a cost of €12 which gave me a nicer room. Requested a taxi to be booked to the airport for following day. Staff in morning not very helpful or polite at reception. Will not stay here again.

Centrally located. Very small single room, especially the shower room with the same price as big double room in Vertice (I spent a few nights there as well). Wi Fi was ok. AC was working more or less fine. The breakfast was a downside: definitely not 4-stars standard with a small variation of meals. Also, the quality of some meals was disappointing.
