這次住的酒店 距離市區很遠 這個酒店一定要坐車才能到達 酒店風景很美 因為預訂此酒店時沒有什麼有圖片的評價 所以不知道原來有些房間是可以看到雪山景色 到達現場想加錢升級到雪山景的房間 但是雪山景的房間已滿訂了 幸好吃早餐的地方也能看到雪山景 整體體驗很好

our 訂房網站 was on early april, the location is a bit far from the city. the nearest market is about 2.3km— Magnum Express. can reach there via Yandex. staff is responsive via WhatsApp. room size is suitable for max of 2 adults.

Wonderful stay at Zvezdnaya Eco Hotel I had a great experience staying at Zvezdnaya Eco Hotel. The place is clean, cozy, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. I would like to especially mention the manager, Alikhan, who was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Big thank you as well to all the staff for their amazing support. They went above and beyond to help me buy a new luggage and also assisted us with booking our taxi through Yandex, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. The hospitality here truly made a difference. I highly recommend Zvezdnaya Eco Hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to the whole team! 💙✨

Прекрасный вид на город и горы с территории, бесплатная парковка, и вкусный большой разнообразный завтрак Включен в стоимость, вся еда в целом вкусная, персонал очень вежливый, ответили на все вопросы и быстро их решали. Обязательно приду еще.

Great stay with amazing breakfast and views! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zvezdnaya. The rooms were very clean, cozy, and perfectly warm despite the cold weather. The views from the room were stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing—plenty of delicious options to start the day! The only tiny issue we had was with the toilet flush, as the water had frozen in the pipes due to the extreme temperatures, but it didn't ruin our stay. Highly recommended for the comfort and great food!

Номера и территория чистые, но дорога к отелю в плохом состоянии и везде мусор к сожалению. Капсулы немного уставшие, есть пару мест где требуется ремонт, но не ощутимо для проживания.
