在市中心，距離天主教堂一公里多點，居民樓的一樓，外面地面較高，所以像一半在地面下。廁所和淋浴廚房公用，外面是條車道但是不吵，衞生狀況和室內安靜程度取決於同時期居住的人，接待態度很一般，寄存行李還要錢

остановилась в этом хостеле на три дня, забронировала номер с собственным отдельным туалетом а оказывается таких номеров вообще нет. администратор очень грубая, переходит на личности. хозяйка хостела сказала, что их хостела на этой платформе вообще нет и что она не виновата в том, что тут мне обещали. администратор пожаловалась своей хозяйке, хотя я ничего плохого не сделала, а хозяйка начала пугать меня выселением или штрафом. было много англоязычных гостей, а администратор даже не знает базовых слов, как "toilet paper"... никому не советую останавливаться здесь. еще здесь было очень очень грязно, одеяла воняли

Our room was filled with flies. When we went to complain about it and demanded a refund because we booked two days and only wanted to stay for one. She was very unhelpful, the shower was just closed off by a curtain. She told us the flies where everywhere in Almaty. In our cheaper hostel that we booked for the second night there was not one to be seen. Only positive is the location. Otherwise I would advise against booking a double room here.

挺好，位置很方便，公交車很方便，旅遊三天，打🔫，教堂，博物館，綠巴扎，綠巴扎側面路邊的市場很有當地特色，建議轉轉，出差在外和年輕商販好交流，他們多少都會一點英語中文，很方便。有需要諮詢的私聊我***********，最好國人

I found one member of staff here to be particularly rude and unhelpful. Though both did not really have any patience for questions and seemed to think I was deliberately trying to inconvenience them, this did not make me feel very welcome. The shared rooms themselves, the mens at least, do not have any privacy, youre on an open bunk bed, not an enclosed one with a curtain as would normally be in a hostel. Otherwise the facilities are reasonably clean and the location is fair.
