The stay is unique as the rooms they offer are historical , the food is also good as well as the staff

The hotel is a huge property. It looks more of heritage property. Since it is huge cleanliness is an concern. Staff is very good and very cooperative. If they could increase number of staff, it will be more helpful in maintaining the property. Food for vegetarian is not up to the mark, but non-veg might be good. Beach is right across the road and hardly takes couple of minutes to reach. Since the property is big, i can recommend for big group, but if you’re looking for clean and good food, please avoid.

Raheem exceeded all our expectations. We knew it was going to be a cool property, but the location, the villa, the aesthetics, and the service were super pleasant. A few things to note- the mall u food is better than the chinese food, it’s not a right-on-the-beach property, you have to cross the road, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. But they let you be around the pool till late night, drink right there, and the service is great.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

Wonderful ambience and experience of staying in a tastefully designed architecture and interior. Good service overall. But there was mosquito issues, if that gets sorted then this is really awesome 💯

Location is good as allepey beach is at walkable distance. Good places to eat nearby. Food was average. As far as room is concerned, bathroom fittings were old and leaky. No amenities except pool and wifi. But being a heritage resort well maintained

My family and i spent 5 nights at rahim residency in the last week of dc 2022. The property is ideally located for anyone looking for easy access to the alleppey beach. The property is on the beach front and one can just walk onto the beach in 5 min. It is a 10 minute ride to the point from one can hire shikaras or houseboats for cruise through the backwaters. The lighthouse, a private museum and local market is within 10-15 min ride. The high point of property is its delicious food and service from staff. The staff have very pleasant demeanor and go out of their to help. The property could use better maintenance and furniture some polishing, as it does look a bit run down. The property is also beset with mosquitos, which can be quit irritating.
