Location is good for kumbh mela. Otherwise overall it's average hotel. Breakfast was below average. Food quality was below average.

The original hotel had some maintenance issues , so they shifted us to a makeshift new hotel which was still under construction. Half of the amenities that you expect were not there . The lift was not working , there was no parking. The beds were of the absolute worst quality . To sum it up it was a horrible experience.

I had to cancel my plan. He could have easily refunded given the huge rush due to kumbh. But he chose not to

My one samsung earphone has been stolen and no action has been taken by the hotel authority after several times compliant has been lodged. Even my phone calls are not responding. I have also sent a mail to the hotel.

The hotel is located at a very prime location easy to access. The facilities at hotel was very good. except the TV connection not giving all channels....via mmt no hotel giving all TV channels in room ...only free to air working. Rest staff is very good and polite. I recommend others to visit n use this property for their stay at prayagraj Mahakumbh.
