Good thing abt The Hotel was that they upgraded me to a suite. Room was big n good. But floor was dusty. Room smelled of drainage. Geyser wasn’t working It took them 45 mins to start hot water. No wifi even after complaining. Location was good

Property location is good, very near railway station. Ambience is good. Services are poor. Food is very costly not upto the mark. look like mismanaged. we ordered veg food, they served nog veg, which might be served to wrong room number. later on they changed. Room service are very poor.

Handy to high court. Staff is courteous but needs training in his up handle issues. My request to switch on air conditioner in dining hall was turned down

Forced to stay here because prayagraj is packed due to kumbh mela. Paid 15k per night for this hotel that should be a two star place or less. The room doesn’t have any ventilation. Extremely stuffy. The bedding was unironed - asked the staff and they said the machine is not working. Overpriced as hell. We asked them abut a cab to the airport and they quoted 3k. Got an uber for 450 rs. Service is the worst aspect. Practically everyone in the staff doesn’t care abut service. We asked them to check the fan since it was shaking but nobody came. Everyone in the staff looks constantly depressed. Not even a smile on their face. Again keep in mind we paid 15k per night for this and not 3k which is what is probably costs outside of kumbh mela. Would never stay here again

Amazing stay. Neat and clean rooms. Very supportive staff, and yummy north indian food. And can’t forget mahakumbh prasad kit whiskch is mind blowing

The room was clean & the bathroom too was in a state. The food was good and so was the service. The location is approx 15 to 20 km from the airport yet easily accessible.

The restaurant staff are rude and lack the quality of handling the guests. The bearers are boas mannered people and just refuse to serve. It is unfortunate that they charge these days for a room on usual days but it doesn't reflect in their behaviour. It also happened that my breakfast and lunch or dinner was complimentary but they told in the hotel that i have to pay for above of the lunch/ dinner. It used to be a good hotel but it is bad now.

Hotel was okay for stay worth 3k-4k. But we paid 12k which is overpriced. We visited during maha kumba mela. May be this was their time and we didn't have much of option either
