Overall, this hotel is a nightmare for couples. If you are looking for a peaceful and safe stay, this is definitely not the right place. The management seriously needs to improve its services and ensure guest safety.

The staff were nyc but the place is dirty. I don’t think I would go back. The food was also good. But the place was not good the bed was flat and washroom were bad. It is not like the pics tat are added in google

we went during the mahakumbh, found the hotel through MMT, but wasn't satisfied at all, much charged for the room, wanted an extra bed, needed that for elderly, so wanted the bed with cot, not given, they just kept on floor, didn't like, and wasn't satisfied with the given mattress also.

Property is centrally located in Prayag city. Good place. Facilities are good. Restaurant is good. Tasty food. Prices are not too expensive. I did not find my room made up for the next day (I stayed for two days). Not even swept. No water bottles kept at Hotel. When called 444, they delivered 2 bottle of 1 litre each. The next day, no water again. Again after calling, they provided 1 litre bottle. But to my surprise, they were all billed and I had to pay when I checked out. So, You will not get water bottles here. Due to high demand during Kumbh Mela, they charged me 8,000 per night. But a bottle of water was heavy for them.

USP of this hotel is Un Supportive People There is much more to complaint Full of mosquito, rooms not at all cleaned, even for a glass of water you wait & wait Moreover water is not complimentary the jug is so dirty you won't touch it bathroom fixtures and bucket so dirty you get goosebumps AC and fan not working properly The list is endless Request not recommend this hotel Hotel Sundram Vivekananda Marg Prayagraj
