    Good points: The hotel is located in front of the train station, and it has an elevator and a hot water shower. Bad points: The hotel is very dirty. There is dust everywhere—on the bed, table, and floor. The bathroom is also very dirty, with stains on the floor and toilet. The blanket has a musty smell. There is no kettle or tissue paper in the room. When I asked for drinking water, the staff refilled an old bottle with water. The hotel raises its prices during Kumbh Mela, making it extremely expensive compared to the quality. I paid around $90 per night.

    After check out we left property with in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues, including such as dirty room , I was expecting a higher level of service and quality, especially given the hotel's reputation and pricing. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the hotel's services and facilities

    My experience is not good lots of mosquitos dirty floor dirty bathroom no jet in bathroom hot water problem

    Location is v good, approx 300 mtr fm pf 1 prayagraj jn. Staff is cooperative, cleanliness of room is poor, charges appears to be more comparing services/amenties provided.

    Old building, facilities are not that good. Small beds, can't accommodate more than 2 ppl. Most of the toilets are indian style. Hardly any western style. If you walk in, per room costs 750 only. Basis this i should have paid around 6000. But i paid 10600 rupees. There is an issue with hot water in one of room as well
