Hotel is in very terrible. No cleaning of washroom. Bedsheets smelling Breakfast is provided. Electricity cut again and again. Behaviour of hotel staff is very rude & unparliamentary

They need to improve the infrastructure. I had booked room with breakfast facility but did not get the breakfast even once. I won't stay in this hotel again.. cleanliness was pathetic

Stay was comfortable as the property is small the ambience is peaceful, location is centre of the city food was tasty, amenities and services were good .The only draw back is zero refund policy on cancellation of one room.

I recently stayed at hotel aman palace prayagraj and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely welcoming and always ready to assist with anything i needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Room was tacky, mosquitoes were everywhere. Even after complaining about the mosquitoes, nothing was done. Comod jet was faulty. Overall, not the worth price I was charged.

I reached hotel at 04 in morning hotel gate was closed manager was sleeping then we boarded in hotel asked for toiletries, wash room condition was terrible toilet sheet jet pipe was out , no hot water in shower, bucket and mug was not clean , towel was asked then only they provided, no provision of drinking water bottle only it was kept in one jug , morning while going key handed over to reception asked for cleaning and plumbing work ofcourse plumbing work done but no cleaning then after asking only done, receptionist beheviour was horrible, location was ok , amenities and services were poor , I will not recommend any one to stay in hotel Aman palace as per this charges are so heigh

They are charging exorbitant for the room due to mahakumbh but not even providing mineral water with the room, bathrooms are very small and room size is also small bathroom needs refurbishment, in bathroom they dont even have water jet, all the taps are very very old with rust and dripping when not in use, they deny to provide for the food items and have a limited menu for food also
