The staff wasn't courteous. Inspite of clear communication they fought with me at 4 am in the morning and refused to give me rooms even though I was ready to pay. There were no towels and no drinking water served to us. The furniture was very dirty. There was no way you can connect to the reception. Either the phone doesn't work or even if it does they don't recieve calls. They refused to serve any food too. Upon asking for packaged drinking water, they said it's chargeable. Not worth anything. Please don't visit.

The hotel doesn't have minimum amenities. Tv not working, no hot water kettle, no tea coffee making facility, no restaurant, no table in room, you take the dinner by keeping the plates on the bed,, intercom not functional and kept under the wardrobe- inaccessible. Bed linen dirty, torn and used towel in bathroom. What else. I'm not the manager of the hotel to upgrade. Not worthy of staying for rs. 7000- per night. Looting customers and taking advantage of mahakumbh. Felt cheating by the hotel as well as by makemy訂房網站.

Hotel is average minimal parking space available. Spring mattress doesn’t provide good sleep. However location is good near to railway station boat club and sangam area all-in radius of 2-3 kms

Room Charges 8000 per night. No complementary water. No toiletries. Unclean bedsheets, floor mats. No complementary breakfast. Dont know whom to blame the hotel or make my 訂房網站. i would request make my 訂房網站 not to misguide their clients with these high rates.
