    The property is centrally located in the civil lines area. Old world charm. Was a good place to stay with the Company Baugh gardens for nice evening walks.

    Not worth the cost and it is in a dilapidated state. rooms were unclean and filthy bathroom. had to get the pillow covers changed

    Visited during Mahakumbh, booked the Hotel even though it had many poor reviews. Was pleasantly surprised, it’s a fabulous property with such a rich heritage however needed some attention to normal wear and tear associated with an age of the Hotel. They have a new block coming up which showed a lot of potential. Wishing you the best of Luck!

    The space was under very severe renovation and construction. The drainage were completely blocked. The hygiene was very very poor. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. There were two ACs in the room, but both of them were not working. The room was extremely hot and there was no ventilation. We tried to have snacks in the evening of the chicken in the tea and the snacks are very poor quality. The breakfast was very very sad although the service was OK but the property was in very very poor condition

    The hotel is rundown , rooms are shabby , lot of mosquitoes, but due to KUMBHA mela , I got no choice , major construction going on in premises for 24hours
