First of all one staff member was very egoistic, we didn't get our first complimentary bottle , they didn't provide any bath kit , neither room mat, only benefit I get is that it was close to Naini Station.

pathetic & dirty property west of money . rooms are very pathetic. no cleanses in rooms , doors are also very week in rooms . room service is also not there. no hot water in washroom.

Wash room was terrible. There was no washbasin in the toilet. Rooms were dirty. Seems like we are staying in 500 rs lounge room

Pols don't go with family. It was horrible experience. It was very unhygienic. Bedsheet was torn. No cleaning in toilets. Rooms were not properly clean. Provided blankets were dirty

Yes this hotel is good to stay. They need to make some more improvements in their building infrastructure and room. Hotel staff members are good and polite.
