每次來出差都住這裡，樓旁邊就是商場，還有一家中國餐館，比較方便，酒店服務周到，早餐也很不錯，感受到異國特色

Great Stay at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar! Stayed in a King Room with City View. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the indoor pool and the peaceful. Great location and excellent service overall. Would definitely stay again!

Expecting more from Grand Hyatt but this may not up to the usual Hyatt standard But the staff make the difference, they are friendly and attentive Room can improve better like proactively make up the room without asking for it, automatically refill more water but they deliver it quickly when asking for it, super efficient

Very nice hotel. I recommend it. Location is very good , very clean. The standard room very big. Amazing hotel. It was a wonderful experience. They have lounge or club key that you can use by extra charge. Overall it was amazing

Hotel is good, restaurant crowded with limited time for breakfast. Front office rude to push me to check out by leaving a note letter at the room door early in the morning!
