Nice experience stay at sofitel will be repeat again soon😅 Only thing i would like to comment no hair dryer and iron for cloth insides the room, would be more great if this 2 items included as a basic item it would be perfect, otherwise all good and nice stay. I would like to thank you for let me extend until 1pm for check out without additional charges For breakfast nice experience for arabic food and the place is so ambient, they give me table with the nice view

First ever to experience this kind of Hotel and paid a high price with this kind of concerns. 1. My friend arrived on time at 3pm but the room still not ready, we check in at 4pm and offer us to have 1 hour late check out but not that the issue the issue is we are managing our time to suitable to our 訂房網站s to not affect our Itinerary 2. During check in Poor reception since I book the hotel under the name of my friend he required to pay the room (Double Charge) since my friend doesn’t have idea because I surprise him as a treat that’s why he don’t know it was paid but some how should show to the system our booking is fully paid. 3. Room are not cleane well 4. Towel, Toothbrush and toothpaste is not ready you have to request to the room attendant 5. I book Non smoking room but they Give Smoking Room 6. Luxury room doesn’t suitable with the Price I can book for this price a others very nice hotel 7. Refund for double charge should get immediately not wait 14 working days. 8. WiFi are poor to reach at bed area 9.Fully disappointed I don’t complain to the staff they at look lock of manpower. 10. Hotel restaurants are staff very accommodating specially to the manager Mr. Khalil

الفندق عموما جميل وموقعه واطلالة على الخليج جميلة ولكن هناك بعض الملاحظات البسيطة للأسف نزلت في التقييم مثل الواجهات للفندق غير نظيفة مما أثرت على الاطلالة للبحر وكذلك اللاونج النادي الخاص لايوجد فيها خدمة مثل الماء الساخن للشاي متوفر او الة لعمل انواع القهوة بالإضافة الجناح اقل من التوقعات و خدمة الغرف لم يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة والنادي الصحي اقل من فندق ٤ نجوم... لكن غير ذلك فهو جيد كموقع واستقبال جيد وجودة وتنوع المطاعم

"The hotel is a bit far from the airport, and the check-in process was very slow. The front desk staff asked me to pay an additional fee even though I had already paid via 訂房網站. I explained this, but they still made me wait while they checked and asked to see my booking documents. Not impress this hotel service.

這家酒店非常非常非常不好，非常不符價位和描述，這價位跟我在杜拜的瑞吉酒店差不多，房間很小，一家三口住抹不開身，衞生間的情況更不可理喻，跟國內的7天條件一樣，説的是海景房，從窗戶看出去是一塊灰突突的水泥地堆場一樣，坑窪不平，但是有邊緣，然後直接就是海，沒有沙灘沒有人，人根本就下不去，早餐更難吃，上午10點了去餐廳，餐廳黑黑的，桌子收拾的慢吞吞，打招呼請服務員快一些，不會理你，食物更是一言難盡，中間我改行程溝通提前退房，特別的不愉快，訂房網站官方有在極力幫忙解決，但是最後還是有大部分損失，特別不值，真的是不值，總而言之，中國人不要選擇這家酒店，住不好吃不好，還得不到該有的服務，真的不要這裡，千萬聽勸！我連一張照片都沒有拍下，因為如果拍照的話是覺得好看才要拍，可是進去後我實在沒覺得好看，本想沒事睡覺而已，最後的結果真的是很無語，所以我一張照片也沒有，但是請信我，不要踩坑！！

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to C訂房網站. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my C訂房網站 booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

每次出差都會選擇這家，酒店設施相對來説比較老舊了，有恆溫泳池，早餐也較為豐富，附近也有商圈，總體來説比較方便的～推薦
