The hostel was close to the bus stop and town which was really handy. The facilities were good and seemed clean. It’s a shame reception isn’t open for longer to be able to ask staff any questions.

A decent and organized hostel with clean bed sheets and kitchen with large fridges to store food and cooking. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water for good showers.

位置極佳，tourist information, supermarkets,bus station, local tour pick up location......all together in the same block. 設備完善，管理妥善，各種設施都替旅客著想，服務人員熱心，房間、衛浴、、、乾淨衛生，房間的地板乾淨到可以直接坐地上，免費網路，冰水、、、安全，其他旅客的素質也很高，護照、皮夾、手機、、、隨便放外面，去游泳、洗澡、上廁所、、、，回來東西都還在（目前整個澳洲中部都是如此，感覺國民素質都很優秀）

由於會超過check-in 時間check-in,所以有在訂房時備註，但一直沒有收到回覆，入住前一晚有E-MAIL給住宿方，依舊沒有回覆，住宿當天線上先check-in 填資料也有留言給他們也沒有得到回覆，還好到了住宿門口剛好有人也是晚入住的，他們有拿到密碼可以打開房卡的盒子，我才順利入住。

Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏

前台人員很友善 剛好入住時隔天是我的生日 還請我一瓶飲料 也有免費的毛巾 房間整體而言很大很乾淨 但是淋浴空間沒有什麼架子可以放衣物 需要帶個塑膠袋進去比較好
