前台服務很差勁，辦理入住很慢並且把身份證件給他後，居然忘記還回來.😡,在沒有告知我的情況下問我郵箱地址登記作為他們NH會員，真是莫名其妙！這是NH酒店給每一個前台的任務嗎？房間的衞生不好，枱面上很多灰塵，房間裡面的冰箱每隔2-3個小時自動啟動很大的噪音，如果對衞生和噪音有一定的要求不建議入住此酒店。

alicante的酒店價格上漲了不少，nh已經算是相對便利的城中酒店。服務ok，房間設施稍微有些老舊，給了靠環島的房間，噪音還是有點大。如果作為中轉住宿，還是比較優秀的，邊上的超市週日也開門，uber也可以訂到附近的中餐外賣

I booked a 訂房網站le room (2 adults and on Kid of 11). I got the confirmation also, but on checkin I was told this was not right and I only had booked a double room. Afte a small discussion I got a room with 3 single Beds as bookes "our very last one"!! Very strange

Workers at reception were very kind and treated us greatly. Breakfast was delicious and had many alternatives to choose from. In terms of location, about a 30 minute walk from town centre, but very useful if coming from the airport as it's only 15/20 minutes away by car (taxis are relatively cheap from this location to the airport). Nice terrace and jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend and would return if I were to visit Alicante again.
