Mala experiencia. Saqué una habitación doble estandar. Había olor a cloaca todo el rato que salía del baño, ni siquiera tiraban perfume cuando limpiaban. La unica opcion que me dieron fue ir a la habitacion que daba al otro lado de la pared de la cafetería que empezaba a las 6 de la mañana con ruidos. Las camas son peor que las de un hospital, te levantas duro y con dolores, almohadas y camas viejas con pelusa. La tarjeta de la habitacion nunca andaba, teniamos que volver a que la carguen cada vez hasta recepcion. El parking siempre completo. La piscina cierra temprano. Por el precio no lo recomiendo.

La habitación que nos dieron daba a la avenida y parece que pasan los coches a tu lado, la habitación es cómoda, amplia y limpia pero valoro mucho el descanso . Habitación muy ruidosa

Our room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere. Other rooms had a phone we did not. I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!
