While there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot.

There is a lot to commend about this hotel: the location is good, just a short walk from the beach and all the restaurants; the premises are exceptionally clean, modern and bright; the swimming pool is fantastic; the breakfast is excellent; and the staff generally serve you with a smile. But there are also a number of things that left me disappointed: firstly, there was water in the room the day we arrived, but it was never restocked; when I asked why it had not been replaced I was told that we only get free water in the day of arrival - not ideal in a 35 degree heat; secondly, the hotel parking costs €15 per day - this was incredibly disappointing given the cost of the rooms at this 5* hotel; there is lots of street parking around the hotel, but it can be difficult to find a spot during high season; the rubbish in the surrounding area is not collected every day meaning that the streets are full of trash and smell really bad. While this is indeed a very nice hotel, I think it falls very short of the 5* displayed at the door.
