This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

The hotel is convenient to drive to everywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is ok but not great. Room is very space but there is no security safe in the room. Overall it is a good value to stay.

Stay at the Embassy Suites was very nice. Check-in, the room cleanliness, and the location are excellent. The hotel is old and needs an update but it is very comfortable. The only challenge we had was the evening restaurant service. There were very few customers but we were never offered a beverage or checked on after we got our food. Service was very average. Overall a pleasant stay.
