Hotel Velamar is a 3-star superior hotel in Olhos de Agua (Albufeira), near some of the best beaches that Algarve and Portugal have to offer.
The hotel is 890m away from the "Maria Luisa" and "Olhos de Agua" beaches and the prestigious Quinta da Balaia.
geweldig hotel waar je helemaal tot rust komt, netjes, vriendelijk, schoon.
De ontbijtzaal ( wat overigens geweldig is, met verse sinaasappelsap) is op de bovenste verdieping (3e) en bied uitzicht over Albufeira en de zee (deze bevind zich op 20 minuten lopen)
Zou het meteen weer boeken, ipv 2 nachten zijn we er 4 nachten verbleven...

Prima kamer. Gebruik waterkoker wat onhandig, omdat stopcontacten niet op een makkelijke plek zitten. Ontbijtruimte goed, kwaliteit (Engels) ontbijt kan beter. In het algemeen voor herhaling vatbaar.

Du personnel a l’établissement en passant par le petit déjeuner, la piscine, le SPA, les services, l’accueil, les sourires, la gentillesse, le calme tout était parfait ! Merci pour ces quelques jours à vos côtés !

Booked a classic room and given an accessible room which we did not book. Disgusted to be told by the receptionist well you only booked for one night and repeated that phrase multiple times...disgusting ....I do not think this should matter when paying about 160 for the night and it should not mater how long you stay for. The pool area is ridiculously small and can not accommodate the number of guests. The stench around the pool was not very nice...stagnant smell. Bottom line I will not return and would advise others not to bother and hopefully this review aids others not to book and waste their money.

Habitación espaciosa, cama muy cómoda. Desayuno muy completo y de calidad. La ducha es algo mejorable, pero correcta. Opción recomendable
