Internet was slow and tv not working on our first room, needed to change rooms. Room was not as advertised. No lift or escalator even though rooms are on the 3rd floor.

Location is in the middle of town. The front desk and housekeeping personnel are friendly. Has only the basic amenities i.e. internet, A/C, and water heater. All stairs and the rooms are on the 3rd floor. Good price but best to walk-in than online reservation because they have weird rules and pricing...advantage walk-in and should be the other way around.

Hotel is clean,Location is good,staff are accomodating and kind,smoking not good, Not good for long stay, good for short time only,like 3 hours.....Amenities are worst , no microwave,no water, no electrict heater for water so you need to buy from their lobby, so disappointed for price, you need to pay 10 pesos per cup,they just get hot water from disffenser , walk in check in is cheaper and its 24 hours stay, if you book they wont allow you to to early check in , even 1 hour early they will make you pay same price of 12 hours stay,

The sheets are clean but not the bed once you take a peek it's dirty. My partner felt unsafe with the window there's like an open back hallway where people can pass through easily and may enter through our room as the window was not tinted. People can easily break in. We just kept the curtain closed scared of what could happen. The front desk was not 24/7 attended. The guard sleeping too. I read that it's fine for left-stained bed sheets but they're already unclean. We booked online for convenience but when we arrived the staff just made us wait and did not seem aware of online bookings so we had to provide more proof plus they deduct hours for online bookings.

Odada wi-fi yoktu, shover iyi çalışmıyordu, marketten içecek bir şeyler almıştım ama odada bardak bile yoktu. İşletmecilik zayıf.

If you ate looking for a budget hotel, I highly recommend Novo hotel. The room is big and the bed size is big, linens are clean. Staff are nice and accomodationg except that we had a little problem with the supervisor who I think is not yet trained to handle minor adjustment. The location is good since everything is accessible, although the front is not nice and parking is very limited. But overall, we had a nice stay.

Ogólnie: przybytek wyjątkowo mierny! Mały, ciasny, nijaki, bezosobowy pokój + prawdopodobnie celowo uszkodzona/wyłączona wentylacja w mini łazience + brak ciepłej wody!. Równie nijakie mewki z recepcji (zapewne współpracujące ściśle z chytrymi sprzątaczkami) zrobią wszystko, aby Cię oskubać z kasy (+ się zyskiem podzielić!) Poleciłbym wyłącznie ze względu na lokalizację: 2 minuty od przystanku autobusowego ... jednak z założenia nie polecam kurewskich przybytków :)
