I’m a local, from Pangasinan. Our stay here the first time in October 2025 was fine; our second time in December–January was terrible. Booked a deluxe queen bedroom, but the room was above the kitchen, so as soon as they started cooking(4–5 AM), the smell filled our room, it was like sleeping in the kitchen. We asked to be moved to another room, and we were given a standard room (downgraded to what we booked) with no wardrobe/hanging rail. For a short stay, I guess it’s fine, but we booked a 1-week stay. After nth times of asking for a portable hanging rail, we were finally given one. Housekeeping is terrible. Before we left for the day, just after midday, we hung the “please clean the room” sign, but nobody came, same on the next day. I have to ask the reception if their housekeeping team actually know there are guests in Room *** as our room wasn’t serviced for 2 consecutive days. The hotel was packed compared to when we were there in October BUT they SHOULD NOT take more than they can cope with. On top of these, our car was damaged while parked on their property, and with all the bad luck, our car was out of reach of their CCTV cameras. The holiday we were looking forward to turned into a nightmare. Never again.
