最無語的酒店，第一次碰到讓我們打地鋪的，太離譜了。我們一家三口，訂的是雙人床的，提前半個月發郵件確認需要加床，給予的回覆是可以。昨天下午5點多到酒店，辦理入住時也沒有告知沒有床了，等我們晚飯吃好回到房間再確認，酒店才告訴沒有床了，解決辦法就是其中一個人打地鋪。後面通過訂房網站溝通也無果，太生氣了，如果當時郵件裡面説明或者辦理入住時説明，我們都可以想辦法換酒店，等入住後才告知就有種欺騙消費者的感覺了

We had a quick check in which is great.The room is clean and relaxing and good value for the price per night. We had only some issues with the ac since we open the door at the balcony which had a sesnsor connected to the ac and it goes back to room temperature,anyways they fix the issues as soon as possible.The hotel also is connected to the mall which is convenient to buy some stuffs or food although there is also in room dining inside the hotel which is affordable too.
