Arrived with warm welcome. We have book heritage tent with share bathroom but the hotel check in staff was so kind & helpful upgrade us to tent villa with attached bathroom💖 because of my husband walking condition. Dinner was rich & delicious eat till you drop worth the value. Tent villa interior was beautiful with nice scenic view Mountain View, also set up camp 🔥.  Breakfast was great & yummy.  Free camel ride from hotel .  Wake up morning with beautiful sunrise 🌅  We have a wonderful experience stay here😍

Everything was amazing with the location, it was an experience worth remembering. The lodges were very clean and nicely decored, love the campfire by every lodge, enjoyed stargazing at night by the campfire. The areas where the hotel can improve on includes the food, dinner was just so-so and was quite expensive. Breakfast was quite horrible, food quality wasn't great and service was slow. All in all, great hotel, location and staff!

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, after entering through the main gate, the signage and directions were insufficient and a bit confusing. The mobile signal in the area was quite weak, and the Wi-Fi in the room did not work properly. Since ordering food required scanning a QR code, it was difficult to access the menu. I would suggest providing printed menus as an alternative. The room felt a bit dark, and overall the hardware and facilities could use some improvement. Although the location is not particularly far, we made a special 訂房網站 to visit and unfortunately did not find the experience as impressive as we had hoped.

Location was amazing. Room was good only need to have cabinets and coffee. They offer 1 free back of wood for the bonfire 🔥 but its not enough and extra one will be 50 AED very expensive so I suggest to them to make it at least 2 , luckily I had extra already Rood instead is not asphalt but you can use sedan car better if 4x4 or SUV Food is good but when arrived was not hot enough but its not there fult because the restaurant is far from the rooms I would like to say Thank you for the amazing stuff Mr Ariel .- Nasser- Meryam -Adil - Ben It's really a magical place to stay specially for cables

A very good location, but my observation is that the tent makes a noise at night when the wind blows, which creates a disturbance.

During our one-night stay, the power went out twice. The WiFi connection was also unavailable. We spent a significant amount of time communicating with the organizers, who attributed the issues to the provider and the location near Oman. Eventually, a technician was sent to replace the router. The telescope for stargazing was also unavailable.
