酒店床單枕袋很髒，有血跡。角樓天窗好窄，跟本不能正常活動，也要拿著很重的行李走上一條長樓梯，非常不方便。

Surprisingly for the provided room that included a living hall. We had never seen any receptionist from my stay.

Location was excellent, a short walk to everything in the heart of Akureyri. Our room was not ready and to our surprise, there were people still occupying the room we booked. We had to walk over to the reception which is another place altogether. They managed to sort it our for us in the end but they just did a simple clean up. Basically, just changed the linen and that was it. Luckily for us the people occupying the room wasn't messy and it was not too bad. But everything else seemed "uncleaned", I don't even think it was vaccumed. Rubbiush bin still not emptied but everything else appeared to be OK. The bed felt "sticky" as the linen were not thick. So, you can feel the mattress surface through the bedsheet. I don't know why they rated so high in the past.
