性價比極高的酒店。工作人員很親切、房間大、食物也很可口。酒店交通方便。周邊購物、吃飯的地方非常多。如果以後再來Antalya，首選還是這個酒店。

The staff is very rude they will not help you zero hospitality shouldnt be given 5star rating!

It was fine, and the hotel is well structured and the owners spent multimillion on it. However, the reception can ruin everything. The reception is rude, aggressive, and irrespective. I have never said anything bad about any other hotel!

It’s really good hotel !kind people here !clean always !a lot different food !all day you can eat non stop !it’s very good way !it’s means they respect people !I choose this hotel when I coming here and I stayed already 5 days and will stay more but here fully booked !because it’s here good !2 swimming pool !a lot kind of food !a lot fruit !turkish the best with this !

Actually I should rate Hotel and Turkish people generally. Both is the most bad. In the room was a big mirror in the back of the bed. Then it fell on me. I mean the big mirror has been fell on my head and my body. It was a big accident, but when I asked hotel for help they didn't they just hear the story . The duty manager has told me I am busy now. He hasn't hear my talking. The lady in the reception has said " Really ?" Ah... My room no. Was 7111. You can go to see how big was the accident. Several places in my body has been injured and some bone has been broken. I should arrange to go to hospital by myself even I don't know the luggage. They mind nothing. Even when I ask for a taxi to leave to hospital they start to play with me about the price and transfer me to a transpoting desk in the hotel who asked for too much money from me because of my difficult situation. I think they don't have human beings working there. I am so sorry to go to Tukey and I advise all tourists to don't go there. They would be in dangerous

Вроде было все хорошо !но стёкла в тарелке не допустимый аргумент !да это человеческий фактор но должны быть нормальные извинения это раз !И когда попросила выехать в 14.00 вместо 12 ответили !считаю после стёкл в тарелке должны неделю ещё дать бесплатного отдыха тут а не то чтобы выехать нельзя в 14.00!
