A terrible stay at the hotel because of their staff working in the hotel especially front office staff. The staff was rude, his behaviour was inappropriate.

Title: A Mediocre Stay with Room for Improvement Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) During my recent stay at a hotel, I found the experience to be rather average. While there were some positives, there were also several areas that left much to be desired. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were kept tidy, and the housekeeping staff seemed diligent in their work. However, I did notice some minor issues, such as stains on the carpet and a musty smell in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. The customer service was lacking, to say the least. Staff members seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing assistance. It was disheartening to have my inquiries met with apathy instead of genuine concern. Improved customer service could have gone a long way in enhancing the overall experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel fell short of expectations. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the fitness center was poorly equipped, with outdated machines and limited options for exercise. The lack of on-site dining options was also disappointing, as it required venturing out for meals. The location of the hotel was average at best. While it was conveniently situated near some attractions, it was also in a noisy and crowded area. This made for a less peaceful and relaxing stay than I had hoped for. In summary, my stay at this hotel was average, with some notable drawbacks. Improved cleanliness, customer service, and amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests. With some adjustments, this hotel could offer a more enjoyable stay for its visitors.
