Très déçue par mon expérience au Pratap Mahal. L’établissement mise clairement tout sur l’apparence, mais le souci du détail est totalement absent. Il suffit de voir l’état de propreté des salles de bain : franchement déplorable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Le repas commandé en dining room n’était absolument pas à la hauteur de mes attentes — on aurait dit du surgelé, sans goût ni effort particulier. Autre point très problématique : le personnel s’est permis d’entrer dans ma chambre sans mon accord, ce qui est inacceptable. L’hôtel est en plus assez isolé, et propose un service voiture à 30€ pour 3 heures, un tarif clairement excessif quand on connaît les prix en Inde. Suite à ces problèmes, le manager est venu en personne s’excuser. Le repas en dining room nous a été offert en geste commercial, et un surclassement de chambre nous a été proposé. J’apprécie l’effort, mais cela n’a pas suffi à rattraper l’expérience globale. J’ai finalement décidé de quitter l’hôtel une nuit plus tôt. Malgré ma réservation non remboursable. Je ne recommande pas.
