Cooperative Staff, best location.

The property is on the highway and the city is far away. The staff are very rude and not at all welcoming. Amenities are also substandard. The food is ok. Overall not as per description on the web.

Very good experience 1. Rooms- clean , daily regular cleaning, clean toilets and linen - well ventilated rooms with balcony and big windows 2. Breakfast- good with variety of fruit, puri sabzi, idli, bread toast -omelette,boiled egg option, tea/coffee , most important the way they serve you with courtesy 3. Ambience- good with swimming pool though not usable/clean but i presume in summer it will be better; garden all around with playground for kid 4 . Outside- looks like kings haveli with interior designed likewise , good for photo both at entrance , garden and top floor

Location and property are not great. No scenic view. People are good. I was happy with conditioning. Hot and cold. Parking is not great. One may have park outside in some other property. Food more than avarage.

It's a good experience in my tourist life. It's a good and enjoyable stay in the day of our family members.

We had booked standard room, room was clean but the property is a bit old. Nice food as well. Great hospitality

very good stay, the negative reviews here are misleading.

Kishangarh was first time visit for me. So for stay I trusted and selected this hotel and top tier Room. When reached it doesn't have Valet Service so drop your own bags at reception and then go park and come back. At checkin counter, the receptionist are trying to sell me basic rooms by naming it suite and 3 beds when it clear we are only 2 staying. On repeated request they gave us our tent rooms. Quality of room is worst. the pathway to the room isn't cleaned, a rusted metal chair is in between the pathway. the grass are overgrown and it's a base for Monkeys, Lizards and creepy crawlies. It was about 8pm when we checked in and on request to turn on common lights near tent they weren't switched breaWe somehow survived the night but morning 5.30am the Monkeys started jumping on the roof, the hot water is limited, the toiletries has to be requested everyday. the landlines and intercom doesn't work they provide you visiting card of reception to call which is busy or not reachable everytime. The breakfast is same for all the 3 days. The IRD is worst of the all, it took them 110min to deliver order of Ice-cream Banana Split. the pool is the worst, it smells like rotten. a small tortoise was dead in the water for how long no idea. the spa in the hotel is very bad, and totally unprofessional.

Stay was good but food was not upto expectation and breakfast facility was too poor even no body served a glass of water at breakfast after asking three times.

I had booked this hotel as name suggested heritage. But it has not given me any symptoms of this. Its room interior are simple home furniture, old dirty linens and staff at reception was rough in talking. Only the food quality was good. It was not at all value for money.
