班瓦辛格宮酒店 (Hotel Bhanwar Singh Palace)

Dear 訂房網站 I have planned few days back that I will be attending a prestegious scietist conference of Indian Society Agriculture Statistis . For sixteen year our late President Shri Rajendra Prasad was the president of this society. It was scheduled from 29th -31st January at Central University of Rajatahn, Ajmer and was ingurated by Minister of State for agriculture Sh Bhagirath Chaudahry, GoI. This hotel happended to be very near to university and wil be easy to commute so gone for booking accomodation. The organizer of the university also booked my accomodation in the same hotel with minimum facilities at a cheaper rate of Rs 500 per day (I have no proof). When i reached hotel at 8.30 PM around deriving all the way I was tiered and enquired at the counter and got the massage from manager that we do not have any information about your booking. In the mean while University persons were there and they ask me go to room and take rest. They also aske me have dinner that is aleady being served to other. I was tiered and thought I will talk to manager. I went to room and see it was not even cleaned. No facility except hot water and bed. Next day I came for breakfast which was Poori + Vegitale and tea. I thought to ask the staff but I was in hurry to attaend the sessions in the conference. Lunch and dinner was served by the university. It was late I reached at 10+PM and went to sleep. Today moring as per the schedule I went to counter to hand over key arounf 10 AM. I ask few questions to manager Question No 1 : I booked accomodation not for this room. His Answer Give me proof thhat you have booked the accomodation with us. I gave hime detailes which i have written on a priece of paper He said this website is fake and there is no such booking is received by us. There are so many fake websites please take care in future. It is very commeon in hotel industry etc... Then I ask him Why no proper breakfast was not served? He said this was the term with univeristy. Same answer was about room. He added if I have received any information about your booking I would have given you the room for which you have paid and a breakfast. IN ths mean while I could sho him your mail and him the email address so tha i will farward (i mean manager of the hotel) he said I do not often use it you send whatsapp message. Then he siad i will take a pic and check. I left the hotel with a massage to him that after reaching Faridabad I will inform cyber police and i will not close this case in this form & I will write to 訂房網站.com From his face reading I was sure that he is telling lie. After half an hour of leaving hotel he called me and ask me where i am . I said I am in the university and came to tell them to take in to account payment made by me with no facilities and university will also make the payment. It will be more than three times. Then he said that I called you inform that I have recieved payment & will pay it back after adjusting. As sson as I reached and lokked in to my mail box I found a mail from you. This my response or feedback. I request you to ask the hotel to return my money at the earliest and he should not do with any guest such thing. You must inform the owner. He has declare emphatically that it is a fake website we do not business with 訂房網站.com. I seek your advise what leagal action I need to take. The hotel is very good, clean and hygiene, rooms are clean bathroom are clean and fresh. The service staff is very good and polite.over all 4 out of 5 stars.

it's a nice looking Hotel located is on the highway, though it is far fom hotel but communication is good. it is a budget hotel, Room size is much big. Food is also good. Staffs are polite with good services.

Nice room to stay, rooms and washroom are big in size, food are delicious and hygienic. Room tariff is value for money. staffs' are very co-operative and sincere.

Friendly staff and on time service. They have no restrictions you can bring friends and families to if there is any change in plan
