This place definitely benefits from the amazing balcony views. The rooms were basic and the bathroom definitely needed updating, but you can’t argue with the location which is fantastic. We had an issue with some loud neighbours which the staff kindly dealt with very swiftly. The bar & pool area is a great addition although we didn’t use it much.

Il s’agit d’un Motel. Le personnel a l’accueil était très sympa et serviable. Les appartement sont spacieuses et avec une belle vue sur la mer, mais elles sont nettoyés une seule fois par semaine. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées. Le plus gros problème c’est l’absence de la wifi dans les chambres (on est en 2024 ..). Rapport qualité prix moyen !

Не закрывалась балконная дверь: шум с улицы, жарко и небезопасно. Отношение на ресепшене поразило настолько что я решила уехать из отеля

I asked for a room without a rooftop right below it and got exactly what I didn’t want. The view was still OK, but wish I could’ve got better. The hours of the office are very short not that late of check-in and not that early checkout, it worked out just fine for us just a warning. It doesn’t come with Wi-Fi, which I found odd considering what you pay for a room like this. The furniture in the living room and on the patio is quite low so when you’re sitting outside on the patio, you can’t see over the concrete wall to see the ocean well. It could use some freshening up in my opinion. Easy walk to the beach in downtown. Whether we would stay here again or not is still up in the air. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. There was a all-in-one shampoo and conditioner, and small old school bottles. They paid a little more attention to some details. It would be so much better. It’s all in the small details, Internet, hand soap, separate shampoo and conditioner. Better patio furniture and not just two love seats, buddy normal couch that seats three people. Simple stuff that makes a more comfortable stay.
