房間超級舒服，超乎預料的套房，可以看到海景，出行打車也很方便，check in的時候會有車幫忙把行李送上來，私密性也很好。

Very nice view from the room indeed, but the location is a big lol. You are basically doing a 15min climbing workout every time going back to the hotel. This is very exhausting especially after a day tour. The room is aged and some facilities (for example the jacuzzi) need serious maintenance. The office is open 9-5 only so basically no service whatsoever as most day tours run before 8am and end after 5pm and they don't clean the room either. If you are a stay-in-the-room person who just prefers lying in the jacuzzi and sipping brut sparkling, then this hotel is perfect for you. But if you do enjoy going out and doing some activities, I'd suggest some other hotels without having to climb a steep hill

房間的海景很美，廚具簡單調味品洗衣機齊全，離小鎮的中心也很近，吃東西，去海灘，買東西自己做都方便，唯一的問題就是到酒店需要經過一個24度的大斜坡，雖然衹有大約400米的路卻非常累，如果帶長者和孩子需要考慮他們的體力，其他的非常完美。

The hotel location and facilities are excellent. However, we are totally disappointed with the hotel's emergency handling ability.  We experienced power outage during midnight.  There was no electricity, no light and no water supply.  We followed the hotel instruction manual to call their after-service-hour hotline at 1am. It was just forwarded to a voicemail which we left our situation and contact phone no, expecting timely assistance in short while. Unfortunately, there was nothing follow up from the hotel except a late coming email in the following morning, explaining this was a town-wise issue which was out of their control.  Imagining this is a more severe accident such as water leakage or even fire, the hotel just left the guests alone in the dark without providing any assistance! I wrote an email to the hotel expressing my concern on their emergency handling procedure 10 days ago but no one replied me.  This is totally unacceptable!
