Very disappointed in this hotel. Booked superior room and given a standard room. Whether issue was Trip. Com or hotel unsure but not well handled by local management. Told superior room available for 2nd night but was not given on 2nd night. Room had damp smell and mould in bathroom shower. No hot water which we were advised was a plumbing issue over our 2 days. Offered complimentary breakfast. Sadly spoiled our visit to Aigues Morte. Compensation was given by 訂房網站 who were very proactive in trying to sort. Hotel management only procrastinated that it wasn’t their responsibility.
