The staff really nice and friendly. I had to find transportation in the morning and uber is rejecting me. i tried a few and just gave up. But the security actually tried calling a few people and eventually able to stop auto and he negotiate with the driver so i can go to train station. It was stressful morning but he able to help and really make my day easier. After check out., he even ask how was i. The receptionist and the staff whose waiting for door also nice. The staff actually help me to bring my luggage to uber (the driver actually stop outside hotel). Her positive and cheerful attitude made me happy.
