I don’t know what check in process they follow but never had I the experience in India of taking a photo of me in order to register me. I found it very strange and questioned it very much. But they insist on it. The service was not impolite or rude but also not friendly at the checkin counter. The room is ok. There was music all day and night in the hallway which was audible all night. Quite annoying.

The hotel is accessible and the staff is friendly. The reception Piya assist me with my check in and she did a great job. In the restaurant Lolita is super friendly assisting my needs during my breakfast. I definitely come back again. Room are clean and staff is polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.
