Dirty washrooms, mats, slippers and room. Room was not properly maintained and the property was not so good.

The rooms are very old and are very different from the shown image, my younger brother got sting by red wasp, there was no door mat at the washroom, the phone was not working had to go down to the reception if there was anything, the was also not working which they changed it from other room later on, used blankets were given for extra bed, the room service kept on coming and disturbed us again and again giving excuse they want to check water, they want to check washroom again and again, and the bathroom door also did not have latch to lock it, this was the worst experience in my life, we wanted to cancel the hotel booking but no refund was given so we had to stay, even in the morning they gave us only poha for breakfast not even tea was included in it, had to ask for it separately, i do not recommend anyone to stay at that hotel, very poor quality service.

The behavior of the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I checked in, the staff showed little interest in addressing basic customer needs. Initially, I was given a room with a faulty lock, and only after repeated complaints was it changed. However, the new room didn’t have a key, making me feel unsafe. To make matters worse, there was no water supply in the toilet, and despite informing the staff multiple times, no action was taken. Their lack of urgency and empathy was very disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help, as if guest comfort was not their responsibility. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality and respect.

It was very bad at hotel airport plaza like photos doesnt even match with rooms and not at all clean bathroom was not clean tv was broken and not at all maintained very bad experience from our side like literally disgusting

While stay at hotel, I struggled for basic requirements for comfort including sleeper, good quality towel and services. Phone stalled at room was out of order, no call bell, no electrici cattle, remote of TV was not working properly, Outlet of water of Ac was dropping inside room etc
