From the moment I arrived, the experience was underwhelming. The check-in process was sluggish, with staff seeming more interested in their phones than guests. The room, though advertised as “luxury,” felt dated and poorly maintained — flickering lights, a musty odor, and linens that looked like they’d seen better decades. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. On one occasion, they skipped my room entirely, and when I requested fresh towels, it took over two hours and two follow-up calls. The “city view” turned out to be a view of the parking lot and a dumpster. Breakfast was another letdown — bland, lukewarm, and served in a cramped dining area that felt more like a cafeteria than a hotel restaurant. Wi-Fi was patchy, and the gym equipment looked like it belonged in a museum. For the price, I expected far better. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer genuine hospitality and comfort. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy paying premium rates for subpar service

The hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and convenient location made this hotel a great choice. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
