Booked this for my friend for her business 訂房網站 as it was near to her location. There was no staff and also the receptionist was very rude, doesn't know how to talk to a lady, Even after informing him that she will extend her stay for a day, he kept harassing her to vacate the room. And while checking out he refused to give the bill stating that you have to pay GST extra. After talking to the owner they somehow agreed. She waited more than an hour at reception to settle this.Very Rude and Unprofessional behaviour.

Food/refrence met is not available, also house keeping is poor, washroom is also not appropriate but as per location price is low

Very bad smell room and too small for 3 persons. I was cancel l my booking its very bad experince from mmt. Never hope from your side. Now never use u r application for any kind of booking. I want my refund. We trust on mmt thats’s why i paid in advance.

The day i checked in i had to leave for work immediately. When i returned in the evening room was smelling bad because of damp walls. Anyhow i managed to spend night. Next day in the morning there was no water in washroom. I approached hotel staff, they told me that they will solve the matter immediately but nothing happened for 2 hours. Hadn't have shower even. I contacted mmt customer care and narrated the whole matter to them. They contacted the property to know the situation. On my request they canceled my booking for remaining days and refunded the balance amount. Thanks to mmt.

Rooms were nice and well maintained but they didn't put towels and water bottle prior which is not the case in other hotels so that can be improved. The rooms were small in comparison to amount paid. We have stayed in bigger room in same amount. The reception guy was very much suspicious and giving odd looks which made us feel very awkward. Anyone who comes to stay don't want to be looked like that for sure. But it's ok. Otherwise pleasant stay.
