阿杭格默英賽特度假村 - S&S 認證 (Insight Resort Ahangama)

酒店位置很好，價格適中，服務和氛圍很不錯。很舒服的一次入住。 到酒店有花和飲料準備，早餐豐富，海景很不錯。

Отель хороши, персонал лучший, с заботой о гостях, очень большие номера, приятная зона отдыха, на завтраке много выбора, общие впечатления остались хорошие!!!

飯店位置不錯，房間寬敞，還送上水果，餐廳晚餐價位中等，可惜贈送每人10分鐘按摩，但只有一位按摩師，這點要改進，因為我們抵達當天大雨，戶外泳池都無法使用。

酒店位置很好，就在海邊，可以看到沖浪的人，也可以直接下海游泳，後院的泳池也很大，衹是設施比較舊了，工作人員在走廊大聲説話。

環境一流，是一個度假發呆的好地方，工作人員也特別友好熱情！我們是在加勒用打車軟件pick me打車過去的，後來又坐了公交車去美瑞莎，他們那邊的公交車，其實衹要不是上下班高峰期，條件也還過得去。比印度乾淨很多，説不定還會有驚喜

各方面都很好， 游泳池很大很乾凈

had a fantastic stay at Insight Resort, characterized by absolute comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and stunning views. The service was professional and attentive in every detail. Dining Team: Tursen (Restaurant Manager), for his multilingual skills and proactive service, and the breakfast team—Chef Lakshitha, Pamudi, Tharindu, and Kasthuri—for their excellence each morning. Housekeeping: Poojitha and Dhanuka, for their diligent attention to cleanliness and order. An excellent resort that I highly recommend. I look forward to returning!"

Their customer service is really terrible. They will try to make as much money as possible from the customer. We asked for an early checkin and a reasonable amount for it as we were landing 7am with a child, the manager asked us to pay for a whole night and mentioned it is without breakfast (we paid the same amount we for a room with breakfast ), however when we asked to speak to the manager he didnot have the courtesy to come up front and meet us or talk to us. The man on the reception was talking to him and giving us his message.  After we paid we asked if we could atleast get a better room and again the manager refused with a big lie that the hotel is full. We came in off season when *********** clearly showed 6 rooms left and the property was half empty (you can easily tell when a hotel is full or not), we hardly saw any people in the resort. The breakfast was full of flies sitting on your food and the staff didnot care. We had planned to stay for two nights but moved the next day. If this was their attitude in off season I dont know what they do with their customers during the season. It is not somebody coming with a child or family. If you have built a nice property for tourists atleast be kind enough to talk to them and be a little accomodating.
