This hotel had a pretty good location in Aguas Calientes and breakfast was ok. But this hotel had the worst service of my stay in Peru. The hotel in Cusco was great, and the Wyndham Hotel in Lima had good facilities. And although Wyndham Hotel's service wasn't great, either, the assistant manager at least gave me a 20% discount at the their restaurant. Hotel Terraza de Luna consistently showed poor service from beginning to end. First of all, the receptionist told me she didn't see my booking in her system. I showed her the print out of the hotel confirmation and said ''I don't understand.'' But I showed her the Spanish translation. She called her bosd who clarified that he was working with a partner company. So, I get my room, but she gave me a room with no river view. So when I went back to the receptionist, the woman wasn't there, and I got into an argument with a rude older man who should not be in the hospitality business. Again, he said, he couldn't find my booking. Long story short, the woman returned, explained the situation to the clueless old man with a bad temper that I had paid for the room with a river view. No compensation for their rudeness, lack of attention to detail, just small-minded people who need to go to charm school.
