Stay valued for price paid. Staff was responsive and courteous. Small suggesstion of washroom needs renovation as compared to room given, also a dustbin in the room.

Should improve the cleanliness of the hotel. Also the service should also improve. Should provide the basic amenities to all the rooms.

The rooms were not upto the mark, the bedding provided was pathetic. The location was quite good. It was near to east gate of taj mahal.

Pros- room was spacious. Cons- bathroom door lock not working. Housekeeping staff not turned up, whenever we called them for cleaning the room.

Hotel's location is good, receptionist response was good, but rooms are old. And didnot met my expectation, bathroom taps are so old and cocraches and mosquitoes found in the room. Room food service was good. And hotel was good from outside and rooms are not so good.

Good location. Spacious room. Clean. Service bit slow. New property so it will take time. Shortage of staff is a problem. Rooms amenities and facilities overall satisfactory. Safe hotel. Behavior of satffs are good. Helpful.
