Чистый отель с приветливым персоналом. В комнате вода, чайник, две кружки, два стакана. Постельное бельё чистое, полотенца чистые. У нас был номер после ремонта. Бассейн не работает. В целом переночевать нормально. Завтрак хороший.

worst service.. Drinking water is of rs 100 you demand something and you will get other things.. what to say do not book this hotel. they give same room at expensive cost. executive and mughal rooms are same but they charge more for mughal room and give executive room...

Food: Dinner served in the room at night was nice. Breakfast was poor, very slow service, insufficient staff to cater for guests, poor ambience. Food was cold and beverages were scarce. Location: Rasily accessible, on main road. Guards at the gate had a very casual attitude, seemed unhappy and uninterested. Facilities: On checkin, they provided me 2 suites which were nice but the AC in both of them stopped working after 2 hours. In repeated complaints, they couldn't repair it. No one from the management talked to us. Ultimately they provided us alternative smaller rooms to sleep. This incident spoiled the whole experience and we couldn't sleep adequately that night. Upkeep of the rooms is poor. Broken electric switches were there. Galleries are very narrow and like a labyrinth, very difficult to find your way out in case of fire etc.

Best part of the hotel is swimming pool and for that you need to pay for costume an additional 400-500 per person and you can use that for 1 hour only.. can't take the breakfast again if you have left the table.. also after Goa I feels Agra is on the same path ..tourism have spoiled thier brain from rickshaw wala to taxi wala or hotel staff everyone seems like frustrated and in roasting mode.. giving you ulte seedhe jawab..

Worst place to stay. Looks like a 2 star hotel.Service is bad multiple times you have to call to get things done. Smelly and small rooms apart from taking their mughal rooms which are said to be bigger. Trust me dont ruin your stay after staying here!!

The staff's behaviour is bad, no right management in the hotel,. One of the big scam within this hotel, i have booked my hotel mu-gal room to make my 訂房網站s, when i reached the hotel that time the hotel staff told me the mu-gal room is not available with a twin bed so i give the another which is lower then the room when i told to you cancel-led my booking then told him no refund will be the given. One another big scam with us he checked out my room without any information or reason a 1 day prior. After that he told us our room is booked for another guest, i told him 1 day amount refunded to us but he denied us. On the name of management it's bad, no pls ignore them to book this hotel.
