Грязно, постельное белье грязное, в номере жутко холодно. После просьбы все почистить и поменять, постельное белье поменяли, пол не почистили. Чайник пришлось ходить выпрашивать 3 раза. Бойлер не работает. А утром принесли горячее молоко не объясняя что это платная услуга просто передали в номере, при выселении, неожиданно, пришлось за него заплатить 250рупий.

Постельное белье было все в пятнах, принесли утром молоко, по стакану, а при выселение попросили его оплатить, о таком надо сообщать заранее, если бы знали, не пили бы.

Properties location was good. We were not provided with towels, and we were provided only one towel after asking for the same. There was a foul smell in the room and washroom. Exhaust fan was not working in the washroom. Otherwise the room was good , location was good, staff was good. Hotels provide you with paid vehicle if you wish to take for tour. Overall it was a average stay.

First time I experienced mouse in my hotel room which staff took casually. Hotel is very different to pics. room had seepage and paint was coming off from bath room doors. Bathroom exhaust fan was wasn't working. Parking was painful. If you don't give your car keys to staff, you would be asked multiple times to move your car around. Not worth booking.

It was amazing. The location, staff behaviour, room cleanliness just superb. Roof top restaurant with Tajmahal view at night was a surprise.
