A very good experience in this hotel, the quality of food and accommodation both were satisfying. Literally I would say it is a standard hotel.

Just an average hotel to stay. Don’t expect luxury. We stayed at this place for two days. The stay was okay. Breakfast buffet is limited but taste is good. One thing that I didn’t like is that initially the rooms they offered were shabby, not mopped properly and smelt bad. On requesting the rooms were changed to better smelling and clean ones. I don’t know why they didn’t offer better rooms in the first place only.

Cleanliness • Rooms: rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and free from dust, stains, or unpleasant odors • Bathrooms: well sanitized, with clean towels, toiletries, and proper drainage. • Common Areas:lobbies, hallways, restaurants, and elevators cleaned • Linens & Bedding: bed sheets and towels fresh and changed regularly 2. Staff Behavior • Courtesy & Professionalism: staff members were polite, welcoming, and well-mannered • Responsiveness: they promptly attend to requests and concerns • Knowledge & Assistance: they provide useful information about the hotel and surrounding areas • Attitude: they go the extra mile to enhance guest experience. 3. Service Quality • Check-in/Check-out Process: It was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free • Room Service: food delivered on time and as per order • Housekeeping: cleaning schedules maintained without causing inconvenience. • Amenities & Facilities: Wi-Fi, and dining areas well-maintained and functional • Problem Resolution: complaints and issues handled very efficiently I really suggest to couples/family/solo/friends and group to visit once to recieve the most upmost hospitality .

Location of this property is very good Peacefull quiet and nearby to all Historical monuments.Taj Mahal Was just walking distance away .Hotel is of premium quality and newly built.Rooms are adequately spacious with all basic amenities . Food is good especially breakfast .For booking with Complimentary Lunch/Dinner options are limited but manageable. Cons Cleaning staff for room is slow and barely visible all day.Room service menus are expensive. suggestions Take Deluxe room as executive room have same amenities. Take room with Breakfast only.

Staff is very cooperative and food iservice is good but rooms needs to be more clean and repaired. Not worth giving more than rs. 2000- for this room.

The hotel manager gave the deluxe room while we booked executive room and not listing to us. Later when we escalate to make my 訂房網站 then they agree to refund the difference of the rent.
