Hotel rich grand is a group of scammers. I made a prepaid booking through 訂房網站.com for 17th nov and arrived hotel at 2am due to heavy traffic but when we reached the hotel they denied to check in by saying room is already soldout to someone else after a few minutes of discussion they offer us another room for additional 2600INR for another room. But when I reached out to 訂房網站.com for the redundancy they end up giving false statement and refused to refund my payments by claiming room was provided to the guest as agreed.

Supporting Staff Best Service Affordable Price Rooms Size is Best Only one negative point is sleeping bed is to comfy and smooth if someone had sleep overnight its back was hurting so please upgrade bed

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel rich grand, and i must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment i arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle into my comfortable room without delay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, featuring modern amenities that enhanced my stay. The large windows offered a stunning view of the surrounding area, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Stayed for 2 days few days back. location wise it's ok. But the room is very small according to price. Food is not good as well as complementary breakfast also. In this price better hotel is expected.

Had a very nice stay, location was good near to all basic amenities, taj mahal, service was all too good and prompt, staffs were cooperative. Rooms were enough ventilated and spacious for a couple. Haven't tried food there.

Hotel is pleasant place to stay property is in prime location, staff here is very cooperative and helpful l, very budget friendly and restaurant food is good in taste always try to go for booking with dinner is very cost effective

The stay was average, the toilet flush weren’t working when we entered the room, hot water is like warm water but if you need hot water the room service will provide it on request basis. The staff were friendly and food was average.
